A light, elegant dish finished with a bright, herby gremolata featuring Nada Olive Oil. Great for a healthy dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 white fish fillets (cod, halibut, or similar)
- 2 tablespoons Nada Olive Oil (for searing)
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
For the gremolata
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons Nada Olive Oil
Instructions
- Season fish fillets with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of Nada Olive Oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear fish for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix parsley, minced garlic, lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons of Nada Olive Oil to create the gremolata.
- Plate the fish and spoon the gremolata over the top. Serve immediately.
