Ingredients
  • 2 white fish fillets (cod, halibut, or similar)
  • 2 tablespoons Nada Olive Oil (for searing)
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
For the gremolata
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Nada Olive Oil
Instructions
  • Season fish fillets with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of Nada Olive Oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear fish for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
  • In a small bowl, mix parsley, minced garlic, lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons of Nada Olive Oil to create the gremolata.
  • Plate the fish and spoon the gremolata over the top. Serve immediately.
