Ingredients
- 3 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 1 ball of fresh burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons Nada Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic reduction
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Arrange the sliced heirloom tomatoes on a serving platter.
- Tear the burrata cheese gently and distribute over the tomatoes.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves on top.
- Drizzle generously with Nada Olive Oil.
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic reduction, and season with sea salt and black pepper.
